Bardzo fajnie położony dom wakacyjny, w pobliżu pięknej plaży o błękitnej wodzie, w centrum miasteczka więc blisko do restauracji, baru, piekarni i lokalnych sklepików. Zdjęcia przedstawiają faktyczny stan nieruchomości. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Drzewo figowe w ogrodzie, w sezonie dające ogromne ilości owoców każdego dnia. Piękny ogród i dobrze wyposażony basen i jaccuzi. Dobrej jakości pokoje na piętrach.
Brak klimatyzacji jest minusem w gorących miesiącach. Dolne pokoje są słabej jakości. Przydałaby się roleta albo markiza do osłonięcia zewnętrznej jadalni, słońce świeci tam od rana i dopiero popołudniu można jeść posiłki al fresco
