Good location. The staff was very nice to reach out about our forgotten belongings. The place itself is pretty and well equipped.

It felt humid inside because of the stone wall. There’s a window but there’s not much sun and warmth into the place. It could also be that certain time of our stay. The checkin was quite inconvenient. We had to fill in a form of several pages online, and it’s not available in English. I lost my patience after a long trip with a lot of luggage but couldn’t get in after an hour trying to figure out the form

The location was great, close to many shops, restaurants. Easy walking distance to anything farther. Very safe. The apartment was very comfortable.

A bit noisy at times - on a busy road next to a parking lot.

This is a movie set city and the premises are reflecting the same idea. You will feel like a cinema star or a nobildonna if you wish as the premises are bourgeois. Spotless clean with a special mention to the ladies who keep the premises clean and tidy. Nothing is left to chance and the flat is provided with coffee and tea. Water is also offered. Mattress is fluffy as a cloud and the pillows as well. All of quality and taste. Harmonic room with all the necessary. Easy access. Keep in mind is an old premises refurbished and kept to its original grandeur. Which means some locks and keys are kept to mirror the idea of a castle. Sometimes tricky to open, however with a pinch of patience and force :-), it’s not a dead end. The Team is available on chat to every small ir big request and they respond in real time. A 10 for this service. You will not feel left alone at any time. I thank them. I had a wonderful stay in Lecce which is just the city to be this Summer. Filled with art, culture, mostre(expositions) and so close (salentobus) to the Salento seaside which is GEM. Salento bus only works from Mid July and you will need ro know your stops:-) le fermate. Not an easy one:-) but doable. Galipolli bus leaves from close to the train station and Porto Cesareo bus ( the gem I did not yet see) leaves from in front of Camera di Commercio. Otranto bus is yet to be discovered by me, but its said to leave from Centro Sportivo. Trains are also available to some destinations however the line is under construction and there is a replacement bus ( you just need to find the bus stop which may he tricky as I said).

Pudimos acceder antes de la hora del check in oficial . Tiene 2 baños completos Cama y sofá-cama cómodos . Libros interesantes sobre la región . La piscina está bien y es de uso privado. La ubicación nos pareció correcta respecto al centro histórico , a escasos minutos andando de todos los imprescindibles

Humedad general en todo el apartamento , hasta en las sábanas se nota esa sensación . Falta un microondas y servilletas . La Cortina de la puerta principal que da a la calle es insuficiente, no da sensación de privacidad . Algunos Focos se encienden solos Nunca recibí el mail de confirmación del check in. La Cuna que solicité no aparece , ni envían el link para abonarla . Nos comunican que la pueden traer al día siguiente , pero nos negamos ya. En la Terraza a las 5 de la tarde se va el sol en abril La planta de las escaleras de acceso a la terraza , necesita mantenimiento , da pena rozarla al subir .
