Podere Santa Chiara

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Il podere è caratterizzato da ambienti molto belli, puliti e curati in ogni dettaglio. La struttura è dotata di tutto il necessario per garantire un soggiorno confortevole e accogliente, facendoci sentire fin da subito come a casa. Un particolare apprezzamento va allo staff, sempre disponibile, cordiale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Anche la colazione ci è piaciuta molto. Un posto in cui torneremmo volentieri e che consigliamo assolutamente!

Struttura e personale super accoglienti. Camere pulite e confortevoli, con una veranda esterna con tavolo, sdraie e stendino. Roberta, la proprietaria, ti fa sentire come a casa. La posizione è ottima per visitare alcune delle spiagge più belle della Puglia. Super consigliato. Sicuramente ci tornerei.

Non ho trovato aspetti negativi

Mi e piaciuto tutto! Il posto e incantevole e super rilassante, a soli 10 minuti da Otranto e dalle baie piu belle della zona. Appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, super pulito e profumato. Il cibo al ristorante e molto buono e il personale e molto gentile, in special modo Roberta che fa di tutto perché tu stia bene! E super disponibile e molto molto simpatica! Un posto dove ritornare sicuramente❤️

The service was overall quite lacking; we exchanged with the owner on WhatsApp but never saw her in person in our 5 days stay. She replied to our messages, but almost never immediately. We arrived at night : no one was there to meet us, the dark was almost complete and we couldn’t locate anything (reception, room etc). Definitely not the best welcome !!! The bed was quite uncomfortable, expect a small queen size bed (a little than 160cm). The appartement was very clean but not very comfortable overall. Half the gas stoves didn’t work (to cook). We asked for a laundry, Roberta asked for 15/20 euros for it; then we waited for more than 2 days to receive our clothes. We had to complain quite directly until she accepted to not make us pay (given the fact that the clothes were ready… the day we left Italy !).
