The apartment is very spacious, finished with taste and thoughtfulness. Appliances are high-end; lots of thoughtful touches, such as city passes, tissues, wine for sale (as well as complimentary prosecco). Also great to have a parking spot right outside. The location - outside the city of Bolzano - but with easy access to both major and minor roads is ideal for exploring the area (and the view more than compensates for the handful of hairpin bends en route). The comfort and location were such that we could have stayed here for weeks! We were very reluctant to leave.
Minor points, but I felt the bed linens were sub-par; and the kitchen would benefit from better knives.

Location is absolutely stunning. The view is perfect. We took the (free) bus into Bolzano to go up with the cable car into the mountains. Way more touristic than the surrounding areas like Brixen for example but still nice.
The appartement is spacious, clean, good beds, great bathroom and separate toilet. Perfect for a family of five.
We enjoyed our evenings on the balcony enjoying the view and quiet
The church bells start 6:45 in the morning waking you up as it’s near. For us not a problem as early birds.
