Great location! Right in the same building, there is a small Slavic grocery store, a sushi café, and a barbershop, with a pharmacy right across the street. The windows are large, and you get a beautiful sunrise view from the rooms. Aldi is a 6-minute walk away, and you can walk to the sea in 8 minutes at a fast, youthful pace. Right next to it is a beautiful viewpoint with large "Cannes" letters—the perfect spot to watch the sunrise, offering panoramic views of both the sea and Cannes from above. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, but it is now in need of a cosmetic update. Many things are worn out and need replacement. Drinks waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival were a nice bonus. The host is very kind and warm-hearted, and prepared clean towels for everyone. There are printed instructions and tips posted in visible places. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher, with plenty of pods provided for both. Shampoo, soap, shower gel, and cotton swabs were also available. There is plenty of tableware and cookware to prepare food. They even provide two types of coffee makers: a drip coffee maker and an electric moka pot (so be sure to bring ground coffee). The bed linen is clean, and the apartment is generally clean, though because of the proximity to the sea, there is naturally some sand around. The layout: The apartment has an entryway. To the right, there is a storage room with a folding drying rack for clothes and an ironing board. Straight ahead is the living room (with a door that closes). Further straight is the kitchen and a spacious refrigerator. To the left, there is a toilet with a door, a bedroom with a door, and a bathroom also with a door. There was plenty of space for the three of us traveling together. Thank you once again! I hope you will fix the things I will describe below.

There is a very damp smell in the apartment, and the iron ruined clothes, but I hope the host will replace it. He also offered the umbrellas that were in the apartment, but they were broken. The paint needs refreshing throughout the place, as it is peeling and stained in many spots. But despite this, it was very nice and felt like home. However, the accommodation is a bit tired and needs cosmetic repairs.
