I'd definitely recommend this apartment. Had a conversation with the owner who was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll be booking this apartment again next year.

Fabulous location in the heart of the old town. Kitchen really well equipped and a pleasant space. Lots of charming restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Easy walking distance to the convention centre, the railway station and all the shops, bars and restaurants.
Horrible beds, terrible smelly pillows, pokey little bathroom and impossibly small shower cubicle. Boiler was noisy and went on and off all night until it finally gave out on the second night and then there was no heating or hot water. Mercifully I had to leave early due to the French General Strike. No one around to tell about all these problems so I just left.
