Il serait opportun de signaler dès la réservation les dispositions du lieu:accès au couchage en mezzanine par escalier raide malaisé et plus précisément la situation géographique de l'appartement.

I love this apartment it was perfect for me. It's in a beautiful location and was no more then a 10 minute walk to the festival. It was clean, and modern. I'd definitely book again next year.

The only thing is depending on which way you access the apartment there a loads of stairs. I certainly got my steps in for the week! Also to access the bed you have to climb a small ladder. I didn't mind this too much, just had to be extra careful after a few drinks!

Great location for the main conference area. Well equipped.

Very steep winding staircase down to this basement studio. No option of staircase lighting when leaving the studio up to ground level which is not great at nighttime.

Location is perfect and studio very clean and when we arrived smelled very fresh and nice! You had two ventilators against the heat, nice small kitchen with bar and even a washing machine and to iron your clothes. The owners left some nice tips like supermarkets, restaurants and parking areas. Parking at the secured parking place near the apartment is not expensive at all. Tip: not easy to find the apartment with google maps but do note that there are teo ways to arrive to the apertment via stairs or not via stairs. If you have heavy suitcases I recommend not to use the stairs.

To arrive to the apartment you have to climb some stairs down so be prepared when having some heavy suitcases. To arrive to the bed you have to climb some stairs and the handle to hold yourself was broken. Especially needed to climb down. You are not able to stand up in the area but not needed as you only sleep there.
