Évidemment l emplacement !!Avoir la mer a ses pieds est vraiment très agréable La vue de nuit comme de jour sur la baie de Fort de France . La proximité du bateau pour Fort de France L ambiance très agréable très familiale se cette petite résidence . La gentillesse de l hôte Miguel .
