The apartment is located in a villa with three completely independent apartments, each with its own private entrance.
Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, nestled in the heart of a tree-lined garden with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the sea, this 77-square-meter apartment is ideally oriented and bathed in the trade winds. The pool is private and reserved exclusively for the apartment.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room; the bathroom features double sinks and a walk-in shower
Bonus features: dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, Orange TV.... All the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
Services and activities nearby: restaurants, a bakery, beach activities, and La Pointe du Bout—a 10-minute walk away; a tourist area with restaurants, shops, bars, a casino, car rental agencies, and numerous excursion departures from the marina.
The ferry to Fort-de-France and other nearby beaches and villages is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Beautiful accommodations, close to Anse Mitan and restaurants. We drove all over the South end of the island and it was such a great spot to come home at the end of every day. Lots of useful amenities and the pool was a refreshing end to our days. The host was lovely and made our stay wonderful. Would definitely return!

This is a wonderful property. Ideally located near the beach, restaurants and shops. Property was clean and perfectly suited for this family of 4. The pool was perfect for those humid days. My children played in there for hours every day. Marie was a responsive host and was patient and supportive of us practicing our French. Highly recommend!!!

Marie Paule was a wonderful host and easily reachable. The place couldn't be better located with acces to restaurants, shops and a lovely beach. Pool and view were a major plus! Will gladly return.
