About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 121 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view for rent in Les Trois-Îlets, 80 metres from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 75 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 75 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), TV and en-suite bathroom with bathtub
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) and TV
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 10 m² terrace to enjoy the warm weather
The flat is ideally located in Les Trois-Îlets, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
We also offer the neighbouring Ti Arums flat for rent.
What to do :
- Savane des Esclaves
- The village of Poterie
- Cane museum, Pagerie museum...
- Various sporting activities (golf, horse-riding, etc.)
- A shuttle service links Anse Mitan to Fort-de-France, the capital, every 30 minutes.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Martinique, about 23 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport, about 23 minutes by car.

David was prompt with the arrival procedure and that apartment is just as pictured. It is in Trois Islet and everything within that city is within walking distance including 2 beaches. If you drive, there is a large parking lot right across the street. Overall we had a great time!
