Helle ruhige Wohnanlage, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Türe, Strandnähe, Supermarkt und Bäckerei direkt nebenan auch Sonntags geöffnet, ein tolles italienisches Restaurant (unbedingt probieren)
Einige Trinkgläser hatten Glaskorrosion sollten ausgetauscht werden, der beschriebene Wäscheständer fehlte, eine Kuscheldecke für das Sofa wäre noch toll

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr zentral gelegen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker. Alles ist auch sonntags geöffnet.

Die Lage und Nähe zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist auf einem aktuellen Stand und gepflegt.
Der Pkw Stellplatz. Leider wird das Auto durch den Baum und die dortigen Tauben permanent verdreckt (ein Tag kann mal vier große Dreckflecken bedeuten). Der Taubendreck greift den Lack an und sollte daher nicht zu lange auf dem Auto bleiben und schonend entfernt werden. Das nervt und kostet Zeit.

Sehr zentrale Lage dich am Strand
Die Regelung mit dem Parkplatz, unserer zugewiesener Stellplatz war besetzt, auf den wir dann standen wurde uns Abschleppen angedroht von einem Anwohner
