Portofino - Family Stay in City Center with Parking by Lion Apartments Sopot

Great location and very clean

We arrived early and although we knew we wouldn’t be able to check in before 4pm we wanted to find the property. The address was impossible to find and we were panicking that it didn’t exist. The property company only releases its exact location just 15 minutes prior to the check in time of 4pm. We phoned booking.com to ask where was this property and asked for help. They could only reiterate that the directions would be revealed 15 minutes before 4pm. This was unnerving to say the least as we had visions of having to find alternative accommodation. The address was in fact set back from the main street and it is actually listed numerically as if it would’ve been sited between two cafes on the street. Once the directions were given to us via email we were ok as it directed us to behind the cafes and onto a different street. I would suggest that we won’t have been the first people to have had this experience and it would surely make sense to let customers know where the property is even if the entry codes are held back till check in time.

Na plus: Mieszkanie jest zlokalizowane bardzo blisko centrum i plaży. Łatwe zameldowanie za pomocą kodu. Miejsce parkingowe Mieszkanie jest przestronne W mieszkaniu znajduje się pralka

Na minus: Całkowity brak kontaktu z właścicielem. Jeśli coś nie zadziała jesteście zdani na siebie. Brak przygotowania łóżeczek/wanienki dziecięcej - zgodnie z ustaleniami. Podróżowaliśmy z dwójką małych dzieci. Poprosiliśmy o płatne przygotowanie dwóch zestawów łóżeczek/krzesełka i wanienki - obiekt potwierdził, że przygotuje to wszystko. Jakie było nasze zaskoczenie, kiedy przyjechaliśmy na miejsce i nie mieliśmy gdzie położyć, nakarmić i wykąpać dzieci.. :-( Niestety w mieszkaniu nie ma też nawet jednego wiatraka co przy 30st. upału bardzo dawało się we znaki. Czystość w apartamencie na 3 (kurz, brudne drzwi). Niestety pomimo plusów jak dobra lokalizacja nie pojechałabym tam drugi raz. Nawet nie wyobrażam sobie co by było, gdyby kod do wejścia nie działał, a my z dwójką malutkich dzieci stalibyśmy 300km od domu bez możliwości skontaktowania się z kimkolwiek z obsługi obiektu.

The location is brilliant, close to the beach and few steps away from the main street.

The only thing we didn’t like was the noise early morning from the bins being collected on each morning of our 2 nights stay.

Duże i bardzo ładne mieszkanie.

Wymagający naprawy domofon do klatki. Za każdym razem mieliśmy problem żeby wejść do bloku. Prócz tego roboty drogowe pod oknem i śmietniki nie umilały pobytu.
