Sijainti oli ok. Huoneisto oli remontoitu vastikään. Sängyissä oli hyvä nukkua.
Kerrostalon käytävässä haisi voimakkaasti tupakalta. Huoneistossa haisi ruuan käryltä joka ilmeisesti tuli huonosti siivotusta keittiöstä (ei lähtenyt tuulettamalla pois, lieden yläpuolella/lähellä olevien kaappien alapinnat ihan rasvaroiskeissa) Keittiön laatikostot todella likaiset, ovien pinnat pinttyneessä liassa ja astiat eivät kaikki olleet puhtaita.
