Spacious, separate bedroom, good sized kitchen area, plenty of storage and cupboard space, balcony/terrace overlooking the lake. Met all expectations. Excellent.

Comfortable bed, rather big bathroom with integrated Sauna and washing machine. Also has a nice big terrace with 2 chairs and a small table.
Was a bit further in the city outskirts than expected. Especially now in winter it was quite hard to get my suitcase first to the pick-up point (which is approx. 1km from the railway station) and then from pick-up to the apartment (which is another 1km).

Die Sauna und umfangreiche Ablagemöglichkeiten, unkomplizierter Zugang.
Geruchsbelästigung durch den Gussbodenbelag des Balkons. Tag und Nacht gleichbleibende Lärmbelästigung von Industriebetrieb am gegenüber liegenden Ufer. Unzulängliche Parksituation.
