You have to be careful to park in designated areas. Unfortunately, we all had a job and got a ticket. The blinds didn't work on one window

Oikein mukava ja viihtyisä asunto. Hyvät perustarpeet ja varustelut.
Ainoa huono puoli oli parkkipaikan puuttuminen - koko viikon maksullinen parkkeeraus maksoi aika paljon lisää hintaan.

Close location for hiking in Pyynikki Nature Reserve. Also right next to public transportation for the Tram and Buses.
As of Sept. 2025 this area is really new with construction still going on. This area is fairly quite but most residents near by are single or couples and come with the noises associated with that style of living.

Sijainti oli loistava, sata metriä Ratikkapysäkille ja keskustaan 10min. Samaten asunnon kunto ja koko oli plussaa, uusi ja hiljainen taloyhtiö.
Ei ilmastointia. Onneksi otimme oman pöytätuulettimen mukaan, mutta siitä huolimatta lämpö kohosi sisällä +30 joka päivä. Huoneistossa ei ole pimentäviä verhoja, ainoastaan sälekaihtimet ja niistä ei ollut apua. Unet jäivät vähiin… yläkertaan ei menty ekan yön jälkeen ollenkaan, siellä oli huomattavasti lämpimämpää kuin päätasossa. Ulko-ovi narisee aika pahasti, anteeksi naapurit 😳
