Vue sur local dédié au stockage des poubelles, le bruit provoqué par le ramassage de poubelles et bouteilles des 5h30 du matin Problème avec le conduit de ventilation car les odeurs de cuisson provenant des appartements voisines entraient dans l'appartement louée.

Sehr sauberes und neues Appartement. Ausreichende Größe, Ausstattung gut, inklusive passende Küchenausstattung und Waschmaschine. Das Bad ist ausreichend groß mit begehbarer Dusche. Klimaanlage sehr gut. Dichte Fenster halten den Straßenlärm ab. Tolle Lage nahe Stadtzentrum und Ghetto.
Die Parksituation kann schwierig werden. Unter Umständen muss man weiter weg Parken.
