Хорошее расположение, наличие необходимых вещей для комфортного проживания и приготовления пищи. Если четко следовать инструкции по заселению, то проблем доступа в квартиру не должно возникнуть.

Читала отзывы и все писали про пыль под кроватью. Действительно, снимая дополнительно деньги за уборку, можно было бы убирать получше.

L'ambiance générale qui se dégageait de l'appartement était vraiment plaisante, dans une humeur quelque peu "cocooning". Le fait d'avoir plusieurs équipements à disposition était également très satisfaisant.

Une moitié de volet pour bloquer la lumière du jour n'était pas forcément le meilleur allié du sommeil, d'autant plus dans une période où le soleil se lève tôt. L'insonorisation des fenêtres serait également à envisager, pour des personnes aspirant à un confort optimal. PS: Un des 4 jets balneo de la douche était cassé, réparation qui pourrait être envisagée également :)

My stay here felt like I was at home - I felt at ease and comfortable. I was recommended the property by a colleague who stayed here previously, and I am so grateful for that. The flat is conveniently located close to the Colmar old town, and we were out and about in just a few steps, while also being easily accessible from the train station. I was slightly daunted by the check in system at first, but we received instructions with all necessary information, which made our first entrance smooth. We appreciated the coffee machines and the cosy balcony overlooking the town :) Overall, it was very safe, comfortable and pleasant, and our communication with the landlord was informative and kind.

Très bon emplacement, l'appartement est très très bien situé.

Beaucoup d'équipements non fonctionnels : Volets cassés qui ne se ferment pas, lumières sans branchement ou défectueuses...
