Super friendly owners, the cutest dog and cat ever and an amazing view. We loved everything about our stay. Andrea was very helpfull an brought us lettuce, eggs and wine. And the view.... It was a shame we only stayed one night.

Superb

Excellent place, on the top of the hill. It requires a light effort to get there but the house, garden and the gorgeous view on the city and the lake are really worth it. We would come back here without hesitation.

Beautifu place, highly recommended if you are with the car

Highly recommended! Beautiful view you get to enjoy from the terrace and even from inside the apartment. Well equipped apartment, safe parking space. Welcoming owners - we were met to be directed to the place and got a house wine and local honey as a welcome gesture ❤️ And have I already mentioned the views?? Tip for travelers : we realized later that you can find the property by searching in google maps by “appartamento Sole”

the only negative point is that we had only one night booked at this place!

Exceptional

High up on the hill above Verbania, you get an amazing view of the lake. It has its own private garden area with orange trees, deck chairs barbecue table tennis etc. The flat is spacious, the kitchen very well stocked with everything you may need. The owners live in the flat above. They strike the perfect balance between welcoming and discreet. They gave us a lovely box of local produce as a welcome gift, including honey made by them!

The property is not super easy to find. But the owners go out of their way to make it easy for you to find it. They meet you at a convenient spot and show you the way.

Great place to stay

The apartment was very clean and functional. The view on Lago Maggiore is stunning. There are animals around the house including two friendly dogs (but thanks to an ultrasound barrier you don't need to have any contact with them if you don't like dogs). But above all, Andrea the owner was incredibly kind to us. He came down the street to guide us, gave us lots of vegetables from his garden and made sure we really felt at home. We will definitely come back another time.

Great place to stay with kids for few days if you don’t have problems with animals

spectacular view, garden, small children pool, well equipped kitchen, various animals

Location was quiet and relaxing. Car is essential and parking is easy.

Difficult to find but the owner met us and guided us to the property which was then easily repeated by us.

Super séjour en famille

Nous sommes partis en famille avec 3 ados. Superbe vue. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et discrets. La terrasse et le petit jardin sont très appréciables. La table de ping pong a bien servie. On a adoré ces ânes au fond du jardin et Nala qui est une chienne absolulement adorable et bien éduquée qui n'a jamais dépassé la limite de la location ! L'un de mes fils est allergique aux poils et cela n'a donc posé aucun problème. il y a des plages à proximité, les îles sont facilement accessibles et magnifiques. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce superbe endroit d'Italie !

Nous avons tout apprécié ! Peut être que nous avons regretté ne pas avoir de tasses en quantité suffisante (seulement 2) ou des bols pour y tremper les céréales ou les croissants au petits déjeuner. Toutes les tasses sont petites et faites pour les petits cafés. Nous avons utilisé des assiettes creuses. Et un saladier pour les salades. Mais ce ne sont que des détails 😊

Schöne Lage mit fantastischem Ausblick über den See. Schöner Garten. Andrea ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter und bei jeglichen Fragen stets ansprechbar. Für Unternehmungen braucht man das Auto. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

L’host è stato semplicemente stupendo, accogliente, gentile, disponibile e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti così tanto a casa che ci siamo pure dimenticati dell’orario di check-out la domenica, per questo, me ne dispiaccio molto. La vista è paradisiaca, così come la natura che avvolge la tenuta Sole.

L’unica cosa che migliorerei, ed era già tutto molto molto accogliente, è aggiungere qualche attaccapanni in più in bagno, abbiamo fatto un po’ fatica a trovare posti in cui appendere gli asciugmani largi umidi.

Fantastico per chi è stanco, nervoso e viene da una città caotica!

Il proprietario è una persona 'speciale': di poche parole ma gentilissimo, velocissimo, generoso. L'alloggio è in posizione panoramica, domina tutto il lago, silenziosa; due locali spaziosi, forniti di tutto il necessario. Ci siamo sentiti rilassati e subito a nostro agio. Parcheggio davanti a casa. Ottimo il loro miele! Ci sono anche giochi per bambini, ping pong e animali. Grazie di tutto!!

Es war wunderschön!

Sehr großzügige und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit fantastischem Ausblick auf Verbania, den großen See und den borromäischen Golf. Tolle Gastgeber: Andrea kümmert sich 1A um seine Gäste, ist für alles guter Ansprechpartner und beglückte uns schon gleich zu Anfang mit einer Kiste der Produkte aus Eigenanbau, nicht zuletzt dem köstlichen Kastanienhonig. Wunderschön war’s! Wir haben unsere beiden Urlaubswochen im Frühsommer dort rundum genossen!
