Beautiful view of lake Garda

Nothing really - only negative is we had a larger car and the parking is quite tight!

If you want to rest and sleep, DON’T come here!

It was right above a café -bar, so either you cannot sleep past eight in the morning because they open the café and make noise, or you cannot sleep until midnight because they’re having a party (over the weekend). ii’s right underneath the apartment! Forget about sleeping Saturday night… In addition, they lied that it’s on the first floor because if you come with the car, it’s actually two floors and you need to carry the luggage up, no elevator. Instructions how to arrive, where to park, or enter and the amount of keys and information plus multiple check in steps was torture & excessive. Really wow. For example, they asked me to take photos of my daughters which are minors with their passports, and none of the other apartments in Italy required the same. They started the process of requiring many many documents and check in steps after cancellation time past. I found that tactic “if you do not provide what we ask, your reservation will be canceled and you will lose your money”, disgusting. See pic attached. In addition, I lost electricity once or twice per day ,and they are aware of that, because they already have a flyer to send to you when you complain. Lastly, why do I pay clinic fee? I need to clean and throw the garbages before I leave? Don’t go there is you want peace and quiet.

Overall, beautiful views but noise from bar below ruined our stay

The apartment is close to the water and a 20 minute walk to Sirmione. It has a beautiful view for sunset and a good size for 4 people.

The apartment is above a cafe which turns to a karaoke bar at night with unbearable music blasting until 1am. The staff were rude when we asked how long this would last and it would be impossible to sleep through, not suitable for families. Check in was 3pm, however we were not able to access until 3:30pm as the cleaners were there. We also had to remove all rubbish from the apartment, this may seem trivial but an inconvenience on holiday when trying to depart as required at 10am and especially when a cleaning fee is charged.

Great location and very relaxing. Loved Lake Garda.

The view from the verandah and the location, and being next door to the Hotel du Parc. Marco was very helpful and prompt with our questions. Thank you.

The noise from the cafe downstairs and across the square, especially the disco on Saturday night being under our bedroom window. It would have been helpful to have a map and some local information e.g. about buses, ferries, bus stops, taxi phone numbers, location of closest supermarket etc as the internet was very weak.

I highly recomend this beautiful apartment if the noise from the cafe under doesn't bother you.

Really comfortable and beautiful apartment. Very well furnished, with taste and with many beautiful details - beautiful plates, paintings. There is everithing you need for a longer stay. There are 3 terraces and a wonderful view of the lake. There are air conditioners in every room and even in the bathroom. We stayed there in november and the apartment was warm enough. Very comfortable beds and pillows. When it's quiet outside you can sleep perfectly. There is a shop on a walking distance, as well as many restaurants and cafes. One of the biggest exstras of the apartament is having its own garage, not just a parking space. I guess this is a big advantage in the active season. Easy onlajn communication with the company that takes care of the property.

Right below the apartment there is a cafe. The tables are under the bedrooms windows and accordingly when the cafe is working it is quite noisy. The first night of our stay there was a party until midnight and it was like we were at a wedding. In the morning they open at 8,30 and start making noyse again. The following days, when the cafe was closed, it was very quiet and peaceful. But this can be an exstra too - you have a wonderful breakfast (croissants, brioche) and cappuccino very close by. The other surprise for me was that we have to clean the kitchen and take out our trash when we leave. Although you pay a cleanig fee when you book. We clean up after ourselves anyway, but we do it because we like it, not because we have to.

Immaculately clean and well equipped, good location with easy access to the centre of Sirmione via bus and excellent value for money

Bar downstairs (friendly and accommodating) does have load karaoke sessions but only at the weekend

A casa é muito boa, moderna, bem equipada, com ótima localização e uma bela vista. Além disso, o Marco foi prestativo e tentou ajudar ativamente a resolver o problema.

O apartamento ficou sem água quente e sem aquecimento adequado durante praticamente toda a estadia. O boiler apresentou falhas constantes e nunca funcionou de forma confiável. Além disso, outro representante da empresa teve um atendimento rude e debochado, o que piorou a situação.

Séjour agréable et ressourçant dans un village magnifique.

L'emplacement pour visiter Sirmione est idéal, entre le centre historique et les commerces. Tout est accessible à pieds. La vue de l'appartement est belle, la résidence agréable et l'appartement fonctionnel. Le garage est un vrai plus !

Il y avait quelques équipements à remplacer ou ajouter pour un confort et une autonomie optimaux, je l'ai signalé directement à l'hôte. Le restaurant sous les fenêtres des chambres met la musique fort mais à la période où j'y étais, c'était à des heures correctes.

Die Familienmitglieder waren zufrieden

Man hatte vom Balkon direkten Blick auf den Gardersee. Trotz das die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen ist hatten wir alles nötige vor Ort. Das Checkin und Checkout war Menschenfrei aber das war auch problemlos. Da man zu vor per WhatsApp eine detaillierte Beschreibung erhalten hat.

Der direkt unten liegende Café/Bistro ist nervig bzw. laut, am sonsten sehr ruhige Gegend.
