Great Property! Great Location!

Great location, nice leisurely walk to the old towne. Great restaurants nearby, right next to a beach area, Gelateria 15-meters away. Staff was very nice and provided suggestions for the area.

Parking included but I was traveling in a large van so parking was tight but we made it work.

very spacious, for a family. the host was extremely friendly. easy to communicate with her in English and German. she made everything as comfortable and easy as possible.

the main bathroom could do with a little renovation. a kettle would also be of Handy.

No AC. they were very nice about giving us a remote control for the AC but it didn’t work. on the main road across from restaurant that played music all day and night. because it was hot, we left windows open. road noise could be annoying.

Wonderful house within a great location! The ice cream salon which offers delicious icecream is literally around the corner and you don't even walk a minute to the lake/beach :) The air conditioning could still be expanded in the house, beacuse it took a little while to cool all rooms down (especially the living/kitchen area) but that doesn't matter because you spend the whole day outside anyway. The hostess and her lovely mom are definitely super friendly, very carering and always available if there were questions… ! We really enjoyed our stay at Terry House and definitely recommend to book!

Excellent all together. Convenient location to the lake, restaurants and other facilities

Very spacious and sparkling clean 3 bedroom house equipped with all necessary kitchenware, towels, TV, wifi and main shower There is a second shower and fireplace room in the basement which we haven't used. As a couple we had the whole house for ourselves which was really awesome. it is important to mention that the house is located on the main road of Sirimione. All bedroom windows face the street and it can get very busy throughout the night. Bring your earplugs if you are very sensitive to noise.

Die Lage Die Eigentümer sehr freundlich.

Leider sehr dreckig . Einrichtung teilweise kaputt. Geschirr musste vor gespült werden, es war sehr dreckig . Matratzen durchgelegen . Im Bad Schimmel und kaputte Möbel . Ein Bad für 7 Personen reicht nicht aus . Das zweite Bad war nicht nutzbar . Dieses befand sich im Keller der feucht und muffig war. Eine Klimaanlage für drei Schlafzimmer . Der Wohn- Essbereich war so heiß, das wir uns da nicht aufhalten konnten . Das Haus gehört dringend renoviert. Keine Terrasse .

L’emplacement donnant sur la route principale La climatisation bloquée à 24 degré alors qu’il faisait 37 dehors Annonce mensongère il était dit vue sur le lac. Alors que le lac était derrière la maison sans aucune fenêtre Maison sur 3 niveaux: le sous sol inutilisable ( odeur de moisi avec moisissures sur les ouvrants) douche inutilisable du à la « crasse » Donc une salle de bain pour 7 avec un rideau de douche ne couvrant pas tout le récepteur Pas de grille pain Vaisselle très sale obligé de la relaver avant de s’en servir Manque de chaises ( 6 chaises alors que nous étions7) Un éclairage où il manquait une ampoule 3 serviettes de toilettes pour 7 personnes( il a fallu les réclamer)

Keine Terrasse wie auf den Bildern, einen Seeblick gab es auch nicht, Silberfische, Bett durchgelegen, Klimaanlage funktionierte erst am 2ten Tag nachdem uns auf Nachfrage die Fernbedienung gebracht wurde. Zu wenig Klopapier, Parkplatz nicht bei Unterkunft. (hatten ein Großes Auto) durften laut Besitzerin mit dem Auto über den Zeitraum nicht wegfahren da sie uns einene Parkplatz zugewiesen hat der eingeparkt gewesen wäre.

La casa è su tre piani, c'è un sacco di spazio per stare con gli amici, con divani molto comodi sia nella zona cucina che nella tavernetta. E' molto pulita e ordinata; non è un appartamento di lusso ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale! Abbiamo soggiornato due notti a Febbraio, abbiamo trovato la casa già calda. Sirmione è molto vicina (15 minuti a piedi, facendo anche una bella passeggiata lungo il lago). La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso non posso che dare 10,

Appartamento molto ampio, spazioso, pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Si sviluppa su 3 piani: taverna + bagno, cucina + zona soggiorno e camere da letto + bagno. Se siete numerosi (noi eravamo in 7 + 1 cagnolina) è comodissimo il fatto di avere 2 bagni e 3 camere matrimoniali (1 delle quali con un letto signolo all'interno). Posizione ottimale, molto vicina al centro di Sirmione. Comodissimo anche il bar di fronte alla struttura. La signora che ci ha accolto al check-in è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimale. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
