Very well located. Enclosed balcony was nice & receives lots of sun. Only negative was the sun shade on the balcony that banged often when it was windy.

Había lavarropa pero el tendedero estaba roto y el balcón cerrado hermético y con muebles.

Sijainti erinomainen rannan lähellä. Ruokakaupat, keskustan pikkuliikkeet, Miramar ostoskeskus, ravintolat, bussi- ja juna asema lähellä. Kävellen helppo suunnata joka paikkaan. Ulkoa kuuluu äänet sisälle. Ns "Nälkäkatu" alkaa vierestä, josta kuuluu varsinkin viikonloppuisin juhlioiden äänet. Asunnossa pieni toimiva parveke sivuttaisella merinäköalalla. Keittiöstä löytyy astioita, liesi, mikro, kahvinkeitin, tilava jääkaappi, pyykinpesukone. Ei ole uunia eikä astianpesukonetta. Huoneisto oli tullessa likainen ja kylpyhuoneessa oli mustaa hometta.
