Zdecydowanie na plus lokalizacja mieszkania. Bardzo blisko do dworca centralnego, Pałacu kultury, czy Złotych Tarasów. Odpowiedni stosunek jakości miejsca do ceny. Kontakt z właścicielką bardzo dobry.
Z minusów to tak: 1. W mieszkaniu baaaardzo ciepło, zdecydowanie przydałaby się klimatyzacja. 2. Zacinający się zamek w drzwiach do mieszkania, czasem trzeba było "walczyć" kilka minut, aby otworzyć drzwi... 3. Bardzo często zesputy domofon do wejścia na "dziedziniec" - nie wiadomo czy wejdziesz ponownie, czy trzeba czekać na innego mieszkańca, aby wejść 4. Łazienka oraz toaleta bardzo ciasne/małe 5. Mieszkanie ogólnie małe, jak dla 4 osób - idealne dla dwóch

Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie w samym centrum Warszawy. Super, że były ręczniki, środki higieniczne,podstawowe przyprawy, kawa, herbata. Bardzo czysto. Winda.
Może tylko szczotka na kiju to byłoby lepiej utrzymać czystość ale to tylko drobnostka.
