The apartment itself was very good. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to explore Warsaw.

Unfortunately, the communication before our arrival was disappointing. We contacted the property several times through Booking.com regarding parking, but the information provided was incomplete and it was difficult to get clear answers. This caused unnecessary stress when we arrived. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the lady at the parking entrance. She was extremely rude, arrogant, and raised her voice at us, even though we were simply trying to understand where we were supposed to park. A much friendlier and more professional approach would have made a big difference. Overall, the apartment and location deserve praise, but the customer service and communication need significant improvement. I hope the management addresses these issues, as they take away from what is otherwise a nice place to stay.

Warto popracować nad odnowieniem mieszkania, widać ze jest nadgryzione zębem czasu. Czystość w łazience, w szczególności prysznic pozostawia wiele do życzenia.

Ręczniki z zużycia wypuszczały nitki, nie działające piloty do tv (zgłaszane ) , brak ochraniaczy na materacu
