Deluxe bungalow Perla Del Sur

De ligging is echt fantastisch! Strand, winkeltjes en restaurantjes op korte loopafstand. Park zelf is prima onderhouden. Wel veel trappen dus onhandig met een buggy/kinderwagen of als je slecht ter been bent. Mooi zwembad.(Let wel op met kinderen. Je mag niet duiken, niet met ballen, geen muziek, geen opblaasspeelgoed, niet eten en drinken etc.) Inchecken was heel simpel. Er hangt een sleuteldoosje bij de ingang en een dag van te voren kregen wij de code van dat doosje. Accommodatie zelf is prima. Het is niet groot, maar alles wat je nodig hebt zit erin. Bedden zijn goed!

De accommodatie was redelijk schoon, maar dat kan echt beter. Vaatwasser werkt niet heel goed en Qua servies is het niet heel uitgebreid, dus je staat vaak af te wassen. Ook zijn ze bij het huisje er vlak naast aan het renoveren. Dit veroorzaakt met regelmaat overlast! Ze zijn echt de tegeltjes eruit aan het boren en begonnen vaak al voor 10:00. Ontspannen op 1 van de terrasjes zitten was er niet altijd bij. Wij hebben hierover contact opgenomen met de eigenaresse en die zegt dat ze ons niet hoefde te informeren omdat ze het zelf niet wist en omdat het niet aan hun huisje is. Wifi is heel slecht!

La comunicación con la persona que nos tenía que dejar las llaves un desastre. La ubicación del alojamiento, está lejos de cualquier calle para poder dejar el coche y bajar las maletas Había restos de productos de otros huéspedes La casa es pequeña, pone que son 120m pero es mentira. El lavavajillas no funcionaba bien Por el mismo precio creo que hay opciones mejores

Location to restaurants, beach, trips Very large house with two patio's and even a gas bbq that you can use. We stayed for 7 nights and we loved it.

No direct parking as mentioned. Best to park car at taxi spot down the road and bring stuff to appartment. Very close is a parking garage where you can buy a multi day ticket for around 15 euro a day. Dish washer did not work good, but that is a minor flaw. Tv channels did not work properly, minor flaw during world championship. WiFi was also not great, so we couldnt stream the matches. Some more little spoons would be convenient :)

I liked the space inside the apartment. Very bright and airy. The location was fabulous and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was fully equipped with BBQ, sunbeds, dishwasher, washing machine, oven.hob, fridge-freezer and so for self catering it was perfect

Unfortunately the description shows photos and mentions a swimming pool. This was not in use and had not been for a while. When we spoke to the administrator of the urbanisation we were informed that this would not be in use for the foreseeable future. We paid a lot of money for this accommodation and at no time were we informed of the lack of swimming pool. We feel that the owner should have contacted us to give us the chance to cancel and book alternative accommodation!! I think a refund would be in order and I will take the matter further!!
