Great location spacious rooms with good facilities in the kitchen

The kettle was very noisy when boiling so woke others up

Love the locations and facilities. Beds are so comfortable too. Kitchen is lovely. English tv. Netflix Prime. Patio area great. Feels very secure and staff on hand by watsapp. Best place by far for us.

Looking a bit tiresome compared to 3 years ago, some walls need painting, cushion covers in and out need a good clean. Price increases may be a bit high for us to book again soon as going up by a couple of hundred every year which is understandable with cost of living rises only 2 of us but. Easily sleep 5. With large queen. 2 singles and sofa bed.

The property has a great location and complex facilities. It is very spacious and easily fits 4 adults. Air conditioning is great and self catering facilities good.

There was a few issues throughout our stay. The water supply was on and off- I understand work was being carried out on the complex however this should be made clear before booking. The power supply also kept tripping off meaning the air conditioning sometimes turned off during the night making the place very warm. When we entered it felt like the floor hadn’t been mopped both in the inside and outside spaces as it was very dirty.

I liked the space inside the apartment. Very bright and airy. The location was fabulous and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was fully equipped with BBQ, sunbeds, dishwasher, washing machine, oven.hob, fridge-freezer and so for self catering it was perfect

Unfortunately the description shows photos and mentions a swimming pool. This was not in use and had not been for a while. When we spoke to the administrator of the urbanisation we were informed that this would not be in use for the foreseeable future. We paid a lot of money for this accommodation and at no time were we informed of the lack of swimming pool. We feel that the owner should have contacted us to give us the chance to cancel and book alternative accommodation!! I think a refund would be in order and I will take the matter further!!
