Deluxe bungalow Perla Del Sur

Beautiful bungalow, very close to everything, restaurants, shops, the beach, lots of facilities, coffee machine, toaster, barbecue, washing machine etc, wonderful pool just steps away which was almost always empty and water pretty nicely warm somehow in June so that was very nice

the dishwasher didn't really clean well, that created a lot of unnecessary work over a long stay.

Excellent stay in a fantastic location. Transport links were right outside the bungalow, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The pool area stayed quiet all week, and although the water was a little chilly in March, it was still a lovely place to relax.

The surrounding area is quite hilly, and there are a number of steps around the complex when going to and from the bungalow, as well as to the pool. It’s worth noting that this might be challenging for older guests or anyone with limited mobility.

The property is ideally located close to the main street and close to the sea front. The apartment rooms are nice and the two terrasses were enjoyable. The pool is very nice and clean and very quickly accessible from the apartment.

Windows of the apartment are opening on other apartments terrasses therefore it can be quite noisy. Getting information as to when we could enter the apartment was very difficult as the lady does not speak any word of english. We did not have gas for the barbecue for 4 days. Electricity is faulty and general fuses are blowing quite often. The toaster has a grounding issue (or the apartment more generally?) and you can feel the electricity going through the metal case. The sofa is an absolute nightmare and should be replaced. There is absolutely no room cleaning service ( they did not even change the towels once for a stay of 14 days). Parking does not exist and should be removed from the ad. We chose that place because of the parking and finally had to park the car at a 10 minutes walk from the apartment. There is only one set of keys which you need to exit the property, close the apartment, go to the pool. It was very difficult when we wanted to do things separately and had to organize constantly with the keys.

I liked the space inside the apartment. Very bright and airy. The location was fabulous and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was fully equipped with BBQ, sunbeds, dishwasher, washing machine, oven.hob, fridge-freezer and so for self catering it was perfect

Unfortunately the description shows photos and mentions a swimming pool. This was not in use and had not been for a while. When we spoke to the administrator of the urbanisation we were informed that this would not be in use for the foreseeable future. We paid a lot of money for this accommodation and at no time were we informed of the lack of swimming pool. We feel that the owner should have contacted us to give us the chance to cancel and book alternative accommodation!! I think a refund would be in order and I will take the matter further!!
