Lovely, comfortable apartment. Good value.

A lovely room- very comfortable and with a very nice kitchen area. The contact we had from the owners was friendly and made the checking in process very easy and flexible. A nice, big room with lots of natural light and plenty of storage space. Parking outside the apartment was easy and free. Close enough to the centre to be easily accessible, but outside enough to be quite peaceful.

We liked the walk back from town very much, but be aware that the location is at the top of quite a steep hill, if that might be an issue for you.

A remarkable place to stay, ideally located for walks and city views

I have stayed at this location a number of times; the cleanliness, ease, practicality and comfort are always top-notch. This time around I had an special request, which the the owner gracefully granted. I definitely recommend it.

It was very noisy because of a hospital nearby and sirens of the ambulances. The corridor was smelly.

Street facing apartment requires earplugs

The apartment looked really great and had all facilities. The shared kitchen is practical and clean.

There is zero soundproofing. The apartment located at the front of the house is horribly noisy. It's like you're living on the street. At least every minute a moped or a car races by and it feels like they're driving next to your bed The host should provide earplugs. Luckily I had earplugs with me so I could sleep. Around the windows there is mold everywhere. And the windows are difficult to open and close.

A great stay in uptown Liège

Rooms are entirely remodeled and furnished with simplicity and taste. Bathroom is great. Entry is simple.

Not close to city center but good public transport connections or a very good walk.

Very helpful staff, very easy to contact through messages. The room was nice despite no much appliances in it.

Difficult to find the address. Parking was not easy to find as expected but is free. No cattle in the room making us to go down to kitchen every time to get something, the stairs seems dangerous with no handle it was scary to go upstairs to the room specially with luggage.

Very clean and freshly renovated room. Comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom. Kitchenette was added bonus. Great location for sightseeing around Liege. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. Great value. Would highly recommend

Lovely room above city of Liège

Lovely room. Very clean. Host, Nicolas, very accommodating. Small (shared) kitchen well equipped.

Busy road but we were at back of house which was lovely and quiet with lovely views of mature trees, and access to roof terrace. Shared kitchen would need to have agreed times to use if other room occupied as very small. Luckily we had it to ourselves. House on very steep hill.

Nice studio in Liège with a balcony

Good & modern room, the balcony is a rooftop balcony, that's also nice.

A proper breakfast is hard to get in that area, maybe a option for in house breakfast would be nice

Great facilities but too much noise from the cars on the street

The location was good, very close to the center.the room was spotless. Parking is easily available.

The rooms were not soundproof. We could not sleep the whole night because of noise from every single car passing by. Closing all the windows did not make any difference, as it sounded like we were next to the cars.

Clean, quiet and easy to reach

After a warm welcome from the owner, we discovered a renovated and clean bedroom with Italian shower. This bedroom (number 1) is looking onto the garden which conferred it quietness during the night. The possibility to park the car close by for free is an added value in Liege. Due to the closeness with the hospital, the location is also deserved by public transport (bus). Several small shops (bakeries) are available close by, as well as a small supermarket within the hospital quarter. Being located on top of the "Montagne Sainte Walburge", access the famous stairway "Montagne de Bueren" is nearby and the location is also a good point to start walks along the "Coteaux". The accommodation proposes only two rental bedrooms, therefore the sharing of the kitchen (one level down) is not a real issue.

With the time, some household goods from the famous Swedish designer :-) in the bedroom could be replaced by some more qualitative ones (i.e. hanging wardrobe, coat rack).

Kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Beim Check-In waren die Gastgeber nicht vor Ort, sondern "nur" die Tochter. Sie war aber super nett und hat sich sehr bemüht, damit der Check-In ohne Probleme klappt. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit ihren Eltern war fast alles geklärt und ich konnte einchecken. Es waren beide verfügbaren Zimmer nicht belegt und da der Tochter und mir nicht klar war welches Zimmer nun für mich gedacht war, haben wir uns darauf geeinigt, dass ich das etwas größere Zimmer mit Balkon nehme. Das war für die Gastgeber kein Problem - kein Aufpreis hierdurch für mich! Die Lage ist ok, nicht unbedingt das aller schönste Stadtviertel, aber mein Auto stand sicher auf dieser Straße. Ausstattung top modern und sehr sauber die ganze Wohneinheit. Ich war sehr zufrieden!

Al bij al goede accomodatie.

Op de vraag wat vond je van het ontbijt? Dit moet je zelf voorzien. Er is een verdiep lager een gedeelde keuken, de nodige keukentoestellen waren aanwezig. Er was wel thee en koffie voorzien. De locatie ligt hoger dan het centrum, goede work-out voor de benen ;-)

De gastvrouw hebben wij enkel bij aankomst even gesproken, je bent dus wel redelijk op uzelf aangewezen. Wij hadden de kamer aan de achterzijde van de woonst verwacht zoals deze op onze boeking stond afgebeeld, éénmaal gearriveerd werd ons een andere kamer aan de straatkant toegewezen. Dat viel wel een beetje tegen. De hoofdkussens waren niet zo comfortabel (stijve nek). Verder was alles in orde. Ik had wel iets meer van de gastvrouw verwacht, zoals bv. af en toe vragen of alles in orde was, vrij afstandelijk, bij het uitchecken ook niemand gezien.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt

Das Appartement liegt ca. 2,5 km von der Innenstadt entfernt. Alles ist sehr neu und sauber, die Gemeinschaftsküche ist erreichbar über 2 Treppen nach unten und gut ausgestattet. WLAN sehr gut, vom Vermieter wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Öffentliche Parkplätze schräg gegenüber an der Straße können genutzt werden. Viele gute gastronomische Angebote fußläufig erreichbar, der Grieche direkt nebenan ist klasse.

Ist zu empfehlen für Menschen, die in ihrer Mobilität nicht eingeschränkt sind. Die Treppe im Haus ist sehr schmal und steil, die Straße, die zur Innenstadt führt ist ebenfalls recht steil, für körperlich fitte Menschen aber kein Problem.
