PARADISE VIEW APARTMENT MASPALOMAS

Modern, clean and well-maintained apartment with beautiful views from the balcony. The pools and gardens were excellent, and the area was quiet and relaxing. There are supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The location is great if you have a car, as it’s easy to reach all the main attractions and beaches.

The pillows were uncomfortable and lacked proper support, as the filling seemed worn out. The bed linen also had a slight smell that didn’t feel as fresh as expected. However, after mentioning it to the host, she informed me that spare sheets were available in the wardrobe and the issue was easily resolved.

Nice apartment with a good sized balcony and heated pools. Also location was very convenient with super markets and restaurants closeby. Yumbo center is a 10 minute walk away. Some people have mentioned that the sleeping situation is difficult with noise and light from outside, but I had no issue at all with this.

Shower drainage not working properly, so if you shower more than 5 minutes the bathroom gets flooded. There was also a musty smell in the cupboards in the kitchen (though it didn’t seem unclean to me, it just smelt a little funny). I agree with the aforementioned that for the price of the apartment it would be nice if you had minimal necessities like salt or pepper available. Also the elevator situation was less than ideal, there are three elevators in the front of the building, but while I was there one was broken for the entire time and the second one felt like it would break any minute (everytime the door shuts, it would make reopen and then close very slowly, like it’s about to break down). Compared to other accommodation in Maspalomas I think this one is a bit overpriced, there are nicer ones for less money.

We loved the pool, it was very quiet and chill, wifi worked great, balcony view was amazing and it was just how it was in the pictures. A lot of older people there though didn’t really see anyone in their 20s but it was okay because it was quiet and restaurant staff were friendly

Lage und das parken vor der Tür zumindest bei uns im Januar waren in Ordnung

Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster in den Hausflur. Man kann es nicht gut öffnen. Zudem riecht es ständig in diesem Hausflur nach Essen anderer Leute. Auch das Licht brennt ständig, und man konnte das Schlafzimmer nicht richtig abdunkeln, es ist zwar ein Vorhang da, der schließt es aber überhaupt nicht ab. Leider führte dies zu einem schlechten Schlaf. Auch muss ich sagen, war es die schlecht ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die ich je hatte. Fast in allen Ferienwohnungen hat man mal etwas Salz und einfach ein paar Kleinigkeiten aber da war wirklich nichts, doch glaub ein Kaffeefilter. Es fühlte sich auch einfach lieblos an. Der Check in erfolgte online bzw. über WhatsApp und hat sich dann auch etwas in die Länge gezogen, bis man den Code erhalten hat, damit man in die Wohnung kommt. Das man für den Pool Karten braucht, wussten wir auch nicht. Hatten wir dann erst zum Schluss beim auschecken eine info erhalten, dass wir die Pool Karten doch bitte liegen lassen sollen. Es gibt keine Infoblätter in der Wohnung .Das Haus ist außerdem in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist ja fast durchweg in Gran Canaria so.
