Smart Stay for 4 at Vivacity Megamall

Just above vivacity mall, easy to go shopping.

I not satisfy with parking space, to crowded & a bit small, I don’t like parking high level place & route to parking area is to narrow for me, because maybe i’M acrophobia

The facilities are enough to make you feel at home. The mall is just downstairs and easy to get Grab if you preferred to go somewhere else. The check-in and check-out process is very easy too. The owner is very easy to communicate with. The air ventilation is good if you open all the windows. My suggestion: Perhaps can put one or two stand fans for those who cannot deal with the cold from the air-conditioners. Putting some tint/film on the windows to secure privacy even with the windows wide opened.

I got nothing to complain. It’s worth the price you pay. If one’s expectations are higher than these perhaps you should opted to stay at a 5 stars hotel instead 😂

Security of the condo very good and convenient to go anywhere as the Grab are easily accessible. All facilities are quite complete.

The sofa cover was a little dirty since it wasn’t changed every time different guest checked in. The top of table inside the room was a little sticky. The clothes rack is a little old and broken. Maybe can consider replacing new one?
