Lovely VivaMall City View with 2 Card LV10

V Good location with all the Mall stores available including a good supermarket and lots of restaurants. Self check-in process was good and easy. We felt very safe with security personnel available at reception. Secure card access was good . Did not try the carpark as using only Grab during visit. City centre easily accessible from this location using Grab. Host was very responsive to our questions and requests. Nice city view from the balcony.

Fabric cover sofa was stained and bit dated. Leather one was good. Would have like 2 pillows for each sleeping guest.

The apartment is a 3 bedroom apartment. Spacious, with a very central location, nearby the airport and just within the biggest mall vivacity. Wifi was working, water pressure was good. Night view was nice. Amenities like washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer was available. Security was also good and it felt safe. And it could easily fit 6 people in the house.

To be honest, i was a bit disappointed that homestay guests werent allowed to use the pool or the gym. Couldve not shown pictures of the gym to begin with if it was not accessible. The apartment was quite run down. Feels like there has been no maintenance. The walls have cracks, stains, wear and tear. The blinds in the toilets were all bent, the single bed mattress kept on slipping off the bed 😂, the blankets were very thin. But the worse was the apartment had no noise insulation. Even though we were on the 10th floor, every night, at 11pm, we can hear cars racing and showing off their modified exhaust pipe “farts”. It’s just so noisy that we couldn’t sleep and kept on waking up in the middle of the night. Friday night was the worse because it went on until 2am. The sofa was dirty with stains. Didnt know how to use the TV. The kids did not enjoy their stay in Kuching at all. Sorry.
