Everything you need is provided, even slippers are prepared. My favorite feature is the laundry area — since it’s located outside the air-conditioned space, it gets quite warm, which helps to “air-dry” clothes effectively.
The floor wasn’t very clean upon entering; it felt a bit sticky. Other than that, everything else was quite good.

value for money but you need to have reasonable expectations. aircond was all working fine. rooms were clean. instructions to access were clear and video was provided as well. easy access to the mall if that's what you're looking for
no floor cloths were provided outside the toilets. rain shower was leaky. certain areas of the unit had peeling paint which didnt look good but doesn't affect the stay
