really consider investing in decent beds , and also decent bedding .
location good
very uncomfortable beds , booked for 3 nights but left after 1 night . lots of flies in the property due i think to the amount of pigeons living by the front door dirty sofa in one of the bedrooms .

Passable
General location for enjoying North Norfolk was excellent. However, road noise due to proximity to the 'A' road was painfull as was the set of bells located within the building...belonging to the local council provided in 1937.Unfortunately I could hear the power surge to power the mechanism inaddition to the noise of the bells themselves. I shouldn't have to use ear plugs provided to enjoy my stay.
Having to contact the owner and request an increase in room temperature. Any owner should be well aware of the heating requirements of their property. In this property there is a huge volume of space due to it once being a barn and is therefore requiring a generous amount warming.We thought that the temp provided was poor, as I say I shouldn't have to ring to increase the temp...felt like Oliver Twist asking for more!! Didn't like the standard of cleanliness, on arrival covers on both settees were heavily stained and didn't look as if the stains were recent. Didn't like the beams running through the bathroom and #2"bedroom, fine if yiu are 5'5" or smaller,otherwise watch your head. Overall the images promise alot...but won't return..didn't feel as if hospitality was uppermost in the providers thoughts.
