Staff were brilliant, really accommodating. Absolutely loved the food! Best food we've had in Egypt

Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast and coffee on the first day was very good. The Nubian village itself is a very nice place to spend a day or two. All in all a good stay and good value for money.
Very limited storage options. Both breakfast and coffee on the second morning was terrible. Staff was ok however they do not really care about your time schedule. We ordered breakfast in advance for a specific time but they failed to comply. Delivered with 20-30 minutes delay on both days without even an apology just dumb excuses.... Development in customer care is definitely needed.

That’s the best hotel we’ve booked in Egypt. The room was well decorated, the outdoor spaces are beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. They helped us arrange tours at very good price. I would definitely go again, highly recommended.
