Paz e calmaria - tudo perfeito!

Gostei da simpatia da anfitriã e sua sobrinha que nos receberam muito bem. Chegamos numa semana delicada para elas (falecimento do anfitrião) e nada ficou a desejar. Que Deus a conforte e supere essa fase e que seu flat continue sendo referência em aconchego na Vila Mamucaba.

Gostei que é beira-mar e é próximo a uma das melhores praias que já fui aqui no RJ (praia do laboratório), aproveitamos muito a área da churrasqueira, muito agradável.

Não é o que não gostei, seria apenas uma recomendação de melhoria, que seria: Realizar a troca da geladeira pois dependendo da época do ano a ser alugada o calor excessivo não dá vazão e se possível um gerador caso a luz acabe e demore pra voltar!

Apartamento espaçoso, arejado , com luminação OK. Cama confortável, com internet, ar condicionado, wifi e fogão funcionais. Bastante espaço para bagagem, ducha externa, guarda sol e cadeira de praia disponíveis, além de um prático portão de acesso a praia. A localidade é muito tranquila, com um silêncio noturno maravilhoso. Os anfitriões são muito solícitos, educados e prestativos. A localização é ótima, pois além da vila histórica ser muito bacana, com poucos porém ótimos restaurantes e moradores muito simpáticos e clima acolhedor, têm acesso fácil a praias fantásticas como Laboratório, Vila Mambucaba, Tarituba, Coqueiro, Frade. Se você procura um local para dormir bem depois de um dia cheio de praias e trilhas, este é um local para você.

Como sugestão fica apenas a manutenção do freezer, que está gelando demais os alimentos na geladeira, o que o anfitrião já infornou que está providenciando. De resto, tudo bem simplws, prático e fincional, conforme oferecido.
