Very disappointing stay

The location is in good proximity to the ski lift and the town

The facilities were not in good conditions. Basically you couldn’t use the kitchen as it would cause an electric cut every time I tried to use the hob. Also we had no WiFi working after just one day of our stay but the owner didn’t do much to resolve the problem. The bathroom door kept making problems and my younger sim got stuck there for an all 10 minutes and he was terrified. We didn’t get good communication with the owner and basically he said he had no solutions. So eventually I was very disappointed. I paid for a flat with a kitchen and WiFi and I didn’t have either.

Better with written instructions on how to access the property rather than a long video. A screenshot of a map with a X on the building would also do. This is a very minor complaint and only meant as improvement.
