The facility was clean easy to find, and well located. Excellent view of the water. And the price fit our budget!
My only complaint was the bed wasn't as comfy as I'd like but my husband liked it and it was not bad enough to switch to the other unoccupied room in the place so there's that.

The property was great! The beach toys, life jacket and a wagon on the balcony came in handy with all the kids—thank you!
The keyless lock made us feel a little uneasy with 2 toddlers who can open doors. I was worried one may wake up in the middle of the night and open the door. I wish we would’ve known to bring a manual lock of some sort.

We had a great stay at Sanibel #403. The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful, pool was very nice and refreshing. It was a very short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.
Needed a can opener in the kitchen. That’s the only thing we couldn’t find in the kitchen that we needed.

In a good walking distance from the beach and in a quiet location
In needs updating. Mold on sliding door to balcony. No batteries for remotes, bulb burned out, sink stopper quit working with maintenance not showing up to fix the 4 days there, and maintenance helped them inside without permission to paint the door. All females traveling didn’t answer the knock so they helped themselves inside anyways.
