Apartment was very well located (you can ski to it!) and has nice views overlooking the slopes. On collecting the keys Carmen was extremely helpful in setting us up with our skiing requirements. I highly recommend this :)

Flat is clean, more spacious than the usual ski flat, views are fantastic, modern building, quiet, comfortable beds and very friendly staff. Location is generally practical to go and come back skiing (to doorstep) and there is a locker to leave the snow gear, which is super useful. It is a bit higher in the town, so groceries and most bars are a bit of a walk away, but not problematic.
coffee maker was not working unfortunately and no option to pay for cleaning is very annoying when you want to ski on the last day. also if we need to clean, a vacuum cleaner would be handy.

I got a two bedroom apartment in the Nuria building. It was a clean and spacious apartment, fully equipped and right by the slopes. Excellent views, very quiet and within walking distance to the city center.
No wifi, no private parking. You have to park street side and get a ticket every couple of hours just to make sure that you don't get fined. Also, no balcony in my apartment even though i selected one via booking. I did speak with the agency about all of this, they welcomed the feedback and will visit again. I'll just book directly with them so that my booking meets my needs.
