L appartement est tre bien situé. Très propre et confortable. Assez grand avec les équipements nécessaires. J ai apprécié avoir les draps et les serviettes de toilettes . Malgré un problème de chauffage , le personnel a été très réactif et nous a dépanné très rapidement .rien à dire .

Le parking un peu étroit pour une C5 il a fallu faire plusieurs manœuvre pour entrer et sortir

Location is really good with a supermarkets at the entrance and being a stone-throw from the ski lifts. The apartment is warm and there are 3 bedrooms. There are two ski lockers on the ground floor for the apartment. Has a microwave and oven. The oven looked brand new, but only had one shelf so you could only cook one pizza at a time, and the grill pan had no grill insert, so we couldn’t grill anything. There’s also a private terrace off the living room with views of the slopes and lifts.

The agency was very difficult to find to get the keys (this has been noted in previous reviews) and needs a simple map to help with this. The lady at the agency spoke good English and asked us to contact her via WhatsApp for any issues at all, as she wouldn’t answer the phone to clients. This seemed promising but there were issues with this during the week. The apartment is kitted out to sleep 7, but there is only enough hot water for 3 showers maximum in a row, and it then takes hours to heat up again. I messaged the lady about the hot water but got no reply, so went into the office to speak to them and they told me it would heat up again in about 30 minutes - it did heat up after a few hours…. I had also messaged about the main light in the bathroom not working but got no reply. The small mirror light in the bathroom also then stopped working, so I had to put a bedside lamp in there for some light. I messaged the lady with a photo of this and she sent a guy to change the bulb in the main light the next day. This also stopped working due to some electrical issues there, so I reinstated the bedside lamp and messaged again, but got no response this time. Not very good service really. The only other thing with the apartment really is that it is all in a wedge shape, so you can’t utilise the space well with the dining table and single bed in the small walk-through bedroom. Also storage for clothing is very limited, and nowhere to hang towels.
