Friendly staff and overall good basic apartment with some nice touches (dishwasher) and good utensils and appliances. Great balcony and view of the mountains.

Location was brilliant, easy to find.
Staff were incredibly rude and unjustifiably took money from our deposit.
Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable
Rooms were not sound proof in any way. Hearing people in the toilet or other rooms is a distraction
Only one fob to use the lift is very inconvenient
