The place was clean, nice, cozy and comes with kitchen amenities. Close to convenient store and the care taker was nice.

Clean room, great WiFi, washing machine in room, having 7 11 downstairs was handy, above average bed and bedding, Netflix on TV, massive jug of water.
Soo a few things..
Literally surrounded by slums for a few blocks, place is heavily guarded which just ruins the atmosphere you want at a motel, only one lift working so being on the 16th floor average wait time was like 5 mins or more just to get down or up(being a smoker this was super frustrating), no coffee supplied or coffee shops closeby, people at the reception weren't overly welcoming as I'm used to in phillipenes, rooms aren't sound proofed, no lock box.
