Sunvida Condo across SM City Cebu w/ WIFI and View

I booked for my aunt and uncle, and they said that the instructions given by the host to check in were clear and detailed. The area was good as well, as it was across SM City Cebu, which was very convenient. The room looks as it does from the pictures posted, so that's good. The space was comfortable.

My aunt and uncle had a problem with their internet; the password that was provided in the room was incorrect. They tried messaging the host, but unfortunately, the host was not very responsive. Even when they checked out, we had a question about payment/billing. The host is not responsive in general. We tried calling and messaging the number provided, and even in the app messaging, all are unreachable. Which was a hassle.

We had a wonderful stay. The bathroom and toilet were clean and well maintained. Toiletries, towels and bottles of drinking mineral water were provided, which we really appreciated. The room itself was also clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect-close to everything we needed, and with easy access to transport and nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

The room felt a bit small for four people, especially with luggage. The elevator situation was quite chaotic during our stay. It was very inconvenient. Although there are three elevators, one doesn't reach the 30th floor where we stayed, and another one was not functioning at all. This left only one working elevator. Because of this, waiting time was long and the elevator was always crowded. It made going up and down quite stressful, especially at peak times. We had to wait roughly 30 minutes to get everything down to check out.

Location is great and accessible to basic needs.

No water in the fridge.

Location was very handy with the mall across the street.

Never returned security deposit. Which I figured would happen when they asked for it to be paid in cash.
