Beachside One bedroom Apt steps from prime beach generator parking included

This was a cool apartment and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful with several shady palm trees, a volley ball court and plenty of nice soft sand. There were several restaurants and nightclubs within a short walk, and the location was nice and quiet at night. The neighborhood is gated with security after 6 PM so there was almost no traffic in the evening and early morning hours. The apartment was nicely decorated and provided a relaxing atmosphere after going to the beach or exploring the island. Our host Stephanie was very nice and helpful with check-in instructions and restaurant recommendations.

The stairs to the apartment were a little steep, but manageable. Those with mobility issues may have some difficulty.

Place was nice and very close to the beach. 'Gated' community so limited public access. Activities like seeing Old San Juan are just outside the distance to walk but only 10 minutes by car. Condado is walkable where there are many restaurants and other things to do. You have your own parking spot. Host was helpful and friendly.

Window shutters were hard to open so getting daylight in and a nice breeze was not great but the apartment has AC.

The location was great during our first weekend in Puerto Rico. There’s some good options within walking distance for meals or if you’re there longer, it looked like the kitchen would be okay for cooking small meals. A ride to the airport SJU and airport SIG is about 10 minutes. We really liked the convenience of that since we were flying to one of the other islands after this stay. It is very close to the beach but we didn’t get in the water. The few times we went down to the beach the water was rough. The host was great about communicating!

The windows could use some work and the AC in the living room leaked if it was on so we ended up just not using it and instead had the ceiling fan on to help cool it down during some breaks.

Location & having the convenience of some of the amenities of being in your own home. The AC was very efficient.

The living room couch was full of sand and was extremely worn. The bed linen and bath towels weren't up to par. Not to mention, the feeling of being observed regularly made it difficult to feel relaxed.
