The cleaniness and ease of check in
The room and bathroom was a bit small/tight and the beds were not too comfortable (no head board for support).

Very clean. Very accessible. Close to the local beach and downtown San Juan - great value for the price.

The location is very good, it's close to great food spots and a beautiful beach, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was essential, and the fridge was great too (it even had an ice cube tray, which I really appreciated). The bed was also very comfortable, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy.
The kitchen could be better-equiped. The shower pressure/flow was inconsistent, so it didn’t run very smoothly. The patio has a lot of potential, but there is no lighting, which means you can't enjoy it in the evenings.
