!Increíble experiencia en Carmela! Le pongo un 10 porque el trato es excepcional y te hacen sentir parte del lugar desde que llegas. La ubicación es perfecta para desconectar y disfrutar de la esencia del Cabo, manteniendo la comodidad y limpieza. Sin duda, el mejor refugio para volver una y otra vez.

Da simpatia e hospitalidade do pessoal da Pousada

Sobre as suítes, somente uma delas tem chuveiro..as demais usam a ducha compartilhada, algo que eu não esperava, qdo reservei isso não estava claro. Quando vi os detalhes da suite, imaginei que o banheiro tinha ducha..mas tem somente pia e vaso sanitário. E como a ducha é compartilhada…além da ordem de chegada tem a questão do horário em que ela pode ser usada..

We had a little terrace outside our room which looked out onto the beach

Small room full of beds - too cramped for 4 adults -with low ceiling such that my husband couldn’t stand up straight in it! Tiny little toilet and basin in a cupboard like space in the room. Shared shower only available certain hours of the day. When we arrived at the time we had given- 13-00- we were told we couldn’t check in early or leave our luggage unless we paid an additional 30% of the cost of the room which wasn’t very welcoming… we negotiated that we would eat lunch at the hotel and then we were allowed to check in without the extra charge. The food was plain and expensive for what it was-3 cheese rolls and a plate of pasta which they forgot about and so arrived 20minutes after we had all finished! Breakfast was also not very tasty or small portions
