Neat, clean and a good location
Would like to rent a unit closer to beach and with beach view. No fault of property I just need to plan better.

I liked that the area was quiet. The beach was beautiful. The weather was perfect.
I walked in and there was a dead roach on the kitchen floor. Ants consistently in the master bathroom and there was no food in the bathroom. Ants in the den too I was sitting on the couch and Ants were crawling on me. I was bitten on my arms. The washer and dryer are very outdated . I swept the 1st day there was still alot of sand on the floor. Also glass door needs to replaced in the front. Patio was a mess shouldve been cleaned up.
