Five bedrooms, three full baths, and nearly 3,000 square feet give thirteen guests room to spread out — though most of the magic happens around the dining table set for eight, on the open-concept main floor, or out on the third-floor balconies where the Gulf breeze rolls in.

The layout makes hosting effortless. The main floor flows from kitchen to living to dining without a wall in the way, with plenty of prep space and a counter set up for casual coffee mornings. Upstairs, two king suites come with private ensuite baths and their own balconies — Gulf views included — ideal for couples traveling together. The fifth bedroom is a kid favorite: two twin-over-twin bunks and a futon, sleeping five. Two more queen bedrooms on the first floor share a full bath, perfect for a quieter crash pad away from the action.

Outside, the community pool is a welcome alternative when the Gulf has had its full day with you. The beach itself is a short walk — sugar-white sand and emerald water that's earned Destin its nickname as the "World's Luckiest Fishing Village."

You're minutes from HarborWalk Village for sunset cruises and dolphin tours, a quick drive to Henderson Beach State Park for unspoiled shoreline, and within reach of Destin Commons for shopping and dining. Big Kahuna's Water Park and the charter fishing fleet round out the options, and for dinner, the Back Porch and Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House are local institutions worth the wait.

Nearby zipline courses, dolphin cruises, and amusement parks make it a perfect destination for families. Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pack-n-Play and High Chair available upon request.
- Enjoy a private beach and private beach entrance, with complimentary beach chair service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) included.
- Maximum stay is 14 consecutive nights. Long-term winter stays are not permitted.

Parking Details:
- The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
