Clean environment
Restaurant menu card was excellent but if you order they would say it was not available.
Difference between listed menu and availability was a great disappointment.

There were no slippers, and there was no coffee (I had to ask them every day for coffee in the morning). There was nowhere in the room whether the reception and house keeping phone numbers were written.

Location is central, convenient . The building is away from the road so it is quite.
Staff at reception, booking and checkout were very cooperative and forthcoming.

Service is slow. Food quality in the restaurant is poor and un organized. Electricity power keeps going out every 10 minutes. After checking out the hotel an hour later I get a call in one of the room the menu card was missing and were demanding 800 rupees plus tax which is ridiculous and laughable. Who wants to take there food menu card 😉
