The vision and attention to detail by the founding owner. He made all efforts to build the property with large rooms and bathrooms, not scrounging on space on large area they have.
The showers in the bathroom!! They are small hands goers with hardly any pressure, no overhead showers. As of now the bathroom only meets the requirements of ‘bucket’ bathers. Construct a shower cubicle with over head showers and frankly these days no one misses a bath tub.
The other point for improvement is that the floor tiles in the outdoor spaces are not well set and unstable When it rains the water that collects beneath the tiles splash on one when you step on them.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Great team, friendly and attentive to the guests.
Kerala traditional home design. It has own touch, but still for star hotel need to be more elevated. All facility are clean, neat, well maintained, no complain. Just “home” feeling, not a hotel. Cant say i did not like it, it’s just little different.
