The house is clean. It is decorated beautifully. It feels so comfortable staying there. The host / house owner is also very friendly.. Overall I am very satisfied with the stay.
I expect it to be near the beach as I open the window I can sea the beach. But it is still okay with the fair and affordable price...

With guard at front. Nearby my intended destination.
Apartment quite old and dusty. May consider for refurbish especially those sofas. Sometimes might felt like insect crawling on my body. Saw small insects on the sofa and bed.

The property is clean. Near to whatever you've heard about Batu Feringgi. From outside the building may looks old but the inside is modern. Don't judge the book by its cover. You can drive to Pantai Esen and enjoy ATV at the beach.

The unit is quite cozy and comfy if the external is negelected.
The apartment is very spooky, I felt like going into a haunted house. The bathroom is very old. There are dirty patches on the toilet bowl which makes it looks disgusting.
