Generally good experience in lovely Ludlow

Lovely garden. Good facilities. Clean and comfortable. Parking. Nice neighbours.

Pass the Keys. Dreadful. Whole process incompetent, poor communication, emergency numbers don't work. The exception was the lovely Andy who helped with everything and is top class in his job. Sink leaked and still needs attention. Paint work looking tired. No drying rack, so had to use dryer. It is no longer a brand new town house. At least 3 years old if not more.

Had a lovely stay in Ludlow. House was great, modern and all mod cons

Location good, a short walk to town. Lovely new house. Warm and comfortable. Great shower and bathroom. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Kitchen well equipped.

We had a pleasant stay .

There were a lot of facilities in the kitchen . The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms nicely furnished.

We didn’t find the sofas comfortable for sitting on. The front door was quite difficult to close and lock.

Property fine. Joining process a nightmare.

Ideal for our needs.

Being harassed prior to arrival to answer questions/fill in forms/buy insurance (or insurance cover) and the latter option required us to photograph every mark, damaged or dirty item in the property so that we didn't get charged for the mark, damage, dirt at the end of our stay. A nightmare. By the time we'd taken all the pictures (72 of them and counting..), uploaded them and posted them to the email address as directed on the insurance information, we'd been in the property 2 hours and hadn't even had a cup of tea, never mind unpacked!! Will never use a 'Pass the Keys' property again. What a rigmarole.

Could have done with a safety rail in the bathroom as I am rather short and found it slightly difficult to use the shower

Absolutely fantastic in a beautifully furnished house.

Very clean, very well equipped, even had a few stores in the cupboard for if needed on arrival.

Being VERY picky lates could have fitted better in dishwasher, beer glasses might have been a bit lighter and some looked like vases.

Back bedroom door did not close due to the bed being in the way and was too heavy to move.

Our stay coincided with the very sad death of Queen Elizabeth and so it is a stay never forgotten.

The house was beautiful and clean, well equipped and was within easy reach of the town. We could have done with more coat hangers but this is a suggestion rather than a criticism. The telephone numbers supplied for any help needed (we couldn't get the TV going) was answered efficiently and quickly. Can highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in Ludlow and not wanting to drive into the town.

It was pretty central with about 15min from the town

When booking it didn't say it was on a building site. The road it is situated on is finished but getting there was still a work i progress. Also it is very close to the train track so quite noisy. We called the help line after arriving as we couldn't get the TV tuned in and the help info sheet said there were instructions in the cupboard below but none were there. So at the end of the day we had no TV as no one ever got back to us after calling them which made me feel it was a waste of time. We left the property after one night as it wasn't to our requirements.

Very pleased with this accommodation, small, comfortable and modern with nice decor and furnishings.

Very nicely presented, modern, fresh and nicely finished new home. Very comfortable beds, all Kitchen appliances to hand. Around half a mile walk into town.

Roads and pavements not yet finished, muddy and uneven approach to property and work still ongoing on many surrounding properties. Effectively still a building site.
