The hotel is beautifully designed. The beds and pillows really comfortable. The breakfast offering very varied - something for everyone. The restaurant also good.

The location is not ideal, it’s effectively on a commercial estate slightly out of town. The reception desk staff are friendly and welcoming, but need to be more up to date with information for visitors, for example, that you cannot buy a bus ticket on the bus. Unless you arrive by car, to get anywhere you need either to get a taxi, or go by bus. There is nowhere there to buy a ticket!!

I would like to express my appreciation for the friendly and courteous service I received from your staff. However, I do have a few points of feedback that I believe could enhance the overall guest experience. During my stay, I couldn't help but notice a couple of aspects that left me somewhat disappointed. Firstly, the feeling of being charged 12 euros for a bottle of water struck me as a bit excessive. While I understand there may be additional costs for guests, I believe it would be helpful to provide an explanation for such charges or offer more reasonably priced alternatives for bottled water. Secondly, the paid parking in most cases added an unexpected cost to my stay, which was not ideal. It might be worth considering a different parking policy or discounted parking options for guests, as this could contribute to a more positive guest experience. Lastly, I found the furnishings and the overall ambiance of the hotel to be uncomfortable and not up to the standards I typically expect from accommodations. It would be wonderful if the hotel could invest in upgrading and improving the surroundings to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of your guests. I understand that every hotel works hard to allocate its resources and expertise to ensure guest satisfaction. I believe that addressing these concerns could lead to an even more positive and memorable experience for your guests in the future.
