Had a great girls weekend away. The little niggles still didn’t spoil our stay.

The bedrooms lovely and comfortable, lovely bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. The whole house was lovely.

The drive is so steep. The steps leading upto the property would be terrible in the frost/snow. They were bad enough in the rain. Really needs a hand rail. Also if there was three couples with it being 3 double rooms, there would be complaints about the parking. A few things broken, only one bedside lamp in the ‘green’ room and that didn’t work. Outside light tripped all the electricity, rang emergency number provided but got no reply. Only rang us to tell us to move one of ours cars. Bathroom could do with a good clean around the bath there was a lot of dust and cobwebs. Also asked prior to going would the house be decorated for Xmas and was told yes. It was our ‘Xmas’ trip away so we would have took some decorations. A bit disappointed that there was nothing festive anywhere.

Wonderful place but needs a few things fixing to make it great again.

Lovely house, great size and nice fixings and furniture. Lovely little village in lovely part of the dales.

Few things to fix to make it a great house. Shower unit in the bath doesn't work and the tap leaks onto the floor Might be why there's a slight smell of drains Thermostat hanging off the wall Electric Fire didnt work but didnt want to touch the thermostat Middle blind in the lounge didnt work

Lovely house in a quiet setting.

Layout of the house. Nice furniture. Beds were good (but not great). Furnishings were nice. Washing machine was handy. Kitchen was excellent.

Primary bath shower floor was a bit slippery. Could have used a dryer although the clothes line was an okay alternative. Ping pong table in garage was potentially a nice add but net was broken and the ball was cracked.

Stunning bungalow perfectly located

Exceptionally clean property in a perfect location. Very large rooms and the kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and breakfast bar.

The garden is very neglected. If attended to there would be a fabulous outdoor area to enjoy.

Bright, roomy and handy for shops

Quiet position, near shops and pubs. Bright, modern fixtures and fittings. Plenty of room. Everything provided

Blinds in the living room are extremely fiddly and one stopped working. There were slight signs of mould in the en suite and a couple of long hairs left on the main bathroom floor, but overall it appeared well cared for

Bellingham is a fantastic town to stay in to explore this region of Northumberland

Nicely laid out and equipped bungalow. Quiet setting with all local walks, shops , cafes and pubs within 5-10 mins walk

We couldn’t work out how to change the heating system. Was too hot for our group especially at night. Plus could hear the boiler all the time … that might just be my issue as a light sleeper

Beautiful but lacked cleanliness

The property is beautifully situated in a quaint village. The layout of the property and the space was fantastic. All of the rooms were very spacious and adequate for the guests.

There was black mould in both bathrooms. The fire didn’t work despite numerous attempts to fix it. The sofa just needed a deep clean to remove the stains. The grill in the oven was thick of grease and hadn’t been cleaned.

Good location , modern and bright, warm and comfortable.

Black mould in the showers and kitchen sink. Property agent did not arrive to let us in and failed to reply to messages. Only managed to get in by finding the owners on company house and face book to get door code, took two hours to gain entry.😟

The parking bay was big enough for our minibus. Tremendous! That is such a rare facility.

A fabulous stay in a fabulous property.

The property is beautifully presented and extremely clean and comfortable, so much so I could easily have moved in. It is within a very nice short walk to the local shops, pubs and restaurants and a short drive to local beauty spots and places of interest such as Sycamore Gap.

Nothing, everything was spot on!! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a modern property with a lovely finish. It was very clean and well laid out with plenty of room.

Clean, comfortable and easy to get into Bellingham

It was difficult to get into the property as I hadn't been able to check in in advance so didn't have the key code. I wasn't able to get hold of anyone to let us in so we were outside for 20 minutes until we managed to get the check in form working

The property was ideally located for where we wanted to be. The home was very spacious, clean, and smelled brand new. the rooms were a wonderful size and having 2 bathrooms was very helpful.

There needs to be a door stop for the front door. When we entered the home, we were always very worried about damages that could be done if the door opened too hard into the wall.

3 good night stay, had all we needed.

Took an 11 year old to open the key box, he got there first and memorised the numbers. Comfortable accommodation, plenty of room.

Not sure about the parking, a neighbour appears to use it. Took a while to figure out the heating.
